Christmas Morning....

We hope that everyone had a very Merry Christmas!!!! We enjoyed a great family day together. We are so thankful for a wonderful holiday season and this past great year!

Blake turned 11...

We have a new family member....

Welcome to Angus, our new Jack Russell terrier puppy. We picked him up on Thursday, and the kids are just loving him. Addy, our beagle, is getting use to him too, and today was caught playing chasing him around a few different times.

Cole's First Haircut

Dustin was honored to get to do Cole's first haircut. He has been cutting all the boys hair in the family for years. Cole did great since he had a truck and a sucker to distract him.

Basketball season is upon us....

Trent is in his second year of playing basketball and he really enjoys it.

Finally home...

We were gone a week and a half on our long awaited family vacation. I am posting a few pics from the trip. We made it to Idaho, Utah, Las Vegas, Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Phoenix. It was fun, but it is nice to be home too.

First Day of practice....

Today was Kati's first day of soccer practice for the season. Trent, Blake, and Kati all have their first games this week too.

WOW-Montana Weather!!!

You won't believe what we woke up to this morning, over 6 inches of snow.

Not a common sight to see bird feet prints in the snow, since usually they wait until it is "warm" to come around.

Then by this afternoon it has warmed up and almost all melted off. I was just shocked to see the difference in the neighbors trees and bushes from being weighted down by the snow. Can you believe this is the same house just a few hours later. We were without power for over 8 hours. There are trees down all over town too.

Kati's Birthday

Kati had a swimming pool birthday party. The kids had a blast swimming and eating cake.

Malmstrom Air Show

Today we took the kids to see the air show and open house at the base. The Canadian flying team the Snowbirds flew. It was the first time they were back to Great Falls to perform since one of their pilots died in a plane crash one year ago when they were here for an air show. The kids had a blast, even Cole loved watching them fly overhead. The 85 degree weather and snowcones made it a perfect day!

Kati's Mother's Day Program at school

Here are a few from Kati's Mother's Day program at school on Friday, even one with her teacher, Mrs. Evans. Kati is front row center in the group shot. Dan had to work until last minute, he showed up in his uniform, but luckily he made it to see the program.

Cole tried to "sing" along with the kids, which was entertaining. Kati's class sang 5 different family, mother and father songs. The hat she is wearing was the gift that she made for me for Mother's Day.
